Entry #3

This tractor trailer overturned on US17 in Charleston, South Carolina. The driver was partially thrown out the passenger window and trapped between the cab roof and dashboard. Assisting with the extrication was Charleston County EMS, Charleston County Rescue Squad and St. Pauls Fire Department. The victim was airlifted to SC Medial Trauma Center. © Michael W. Savinda
